I usually just eyeball these, and they turn out a little different every time. It’s great because it can be tweaked depending on what you have on hand. However, for sharing purposes, here’s a basic recipe. Let me know how you change it or additions you make.
2 cups of quick oats (uncooked)
2 ripe bananas
1 cup of natural peanut butter (no sugar added)
1/4 cup of honey
1 Tablespoon of flax seeds
Add-ins:
Dark Chocolate Chips
Dried Cranberries
